Extensive development and testing have made the V4 an affordable, reliable and versatile 3D printer for home or education use. The V4 uses the well established Fused Filament Fabrication additive manufacturing technique. Allowing it to build accurate and robust physical models in ABS and PLA thermoplastics.

Software: The V4 comes with a pre-configured open source software suite on an SD card: Marlin Firmware, Pronterface to control the printer from your PC and Slic3r to make your 3D models ready to print. Drivers are included for PC, Mac and Linux.
